At Grain Wood Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your solid wood furniture. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it in its original shipping boxes with all hardware and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will assist in arranging a carrier pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
